I'm Dr. Frederick Lamont Fisher, II. I would like to tell you about our exciting ministry, Living Word Ministries. My wife Pat Skinner Fisher and I have been ministering in the Washington metropolitan area for over twenty years. We have sat under some of the great leaders in the area. God has now called me to pastor Living Word Ministries with the help of my wife. Our emphasis is to reach the scattered and lost. Our anointing is the same anointing Jesus had, as is written in Luke 4:18,19.
